The Jane Donahue Education Fund has been created in the spirit of Jane’s dedication to jazz education and promoting local musicians. This special fund was established by the Twin Cities Jazz Society (TCJS) Board of Directors in January with an allocation of $500. The Fund will be used to help provide jazz education experiences for students such as “artist in the schools” programs, master classes and performances; as well as camp/workshop scholarships and performance opportunities for students who couldn’t otherwise afford these opportunities.

Contributions in Jane’s memory are welcome and will make it possible for an increasing number of young people to be exposed to jazz and pursue their aspirations as young musicians. Gifts to the TCJS Jane Donahue Education Fund are tax-deductible, and may be made by cash or check. Checks should be made out to TCJS with a notation that the gift is designated for the Jane Donahue Education Fund. Gifts can be mailed to: Twin Cities Jazz Society (TCJS), P.O.
