Pan-subcontinental relationships

Over the past 30 years, we’ve built relationships with hospitals across the subcontinent. Our members receive inpatient treatment at all the most popular hospitals and clinics in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan. We do this with a mix of direct relationships with clinical facilities and working with trusted, expert partners.

Medical network

We have access to over 5,000 medical providers across Africa and the Indian subcontinent. And, if a member wants treatment at a hospital outside our network but within their coverage zone, we won’t penalise them.

Strategic agents

The Indian subcontinent is huge, and our members need certainty that we can look after their medical needs regardless of where they find themselves. To make sure we can do that, we work closely with the Charles Taylor Group and local strategic agents.

Yes. Many of our members in Africa are of Indian or Sri Lankan extraction. They like the freedom to travel to centres of excellence at home for their inpatient treatment.

For outpatient treatment, we encourage our members to pay-and-claim. Members can seek outpatient treatment at any hospital or clinic in Africa or the Indian subcontinent; it doesn’t have to be at one of the 5,000 hospitals in our network.
