Tracy Robinson is a Business Analyst at William Russell and has been with the company since 2010. Tracy’s qualifications include a CII Foundation Award and Certification in Agile Business Analyst Foundation Examination, underpinning her commitment to excellence in the field.
Tracy’s journey in the insurance industry spans over two decades, beginning with a role in Policy Administration for the American insurer Lincoln National. There, Tracy specialised in life and critical illness claims, gaining firsthand experience in assessing and processing applications. Following a hiatus to raise her family, Tracy returned to the insurance sector in 2010, joining William Russell as a Financial Checker. In this role, Tracy ensured the accurate assessment of claims and compliance with policy terms, before progressing to become a Claims Handler responsible for assessing claims firsthand. As Tracy’s career progressed, she assumed leadership roles, leading the Outpatient Claims team.
Twelve years into her journey at William Russell, Tracy pivoted towards a new career path as a Business Analyst. In this capacity, she collaborates closely with stakeholders across the business to identify requirements for system improvements, working hand in hand with developers, testers, and end users. Tracy’s focus remains on ensuring our members experience a seamless journey from initial quotation to claim processing—reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
