Holding credentials such as the CII Award in Financial Planning and the CII Level II Award for the Foundation Insurance Test Exams, along with certifications in UK Financial Services Regulation and Ethics (CII CF1) and Financial Protection (CII RO5), Megan is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the insurance landscape.

Megan’s background in the financial sector spans over two decades, beginning in the banking sector. Her previous role as a Personal Account Manager at Lloyds TSB provided Megan with invaluable experience in the domestic insurance sector, covering various personal insurances such as life and accident cover, income and mortgage protection, as well as travel and private medical plans. This foundation naturally led Megan to transition into the international sector with William Russell.

While Megan’s role at William Russell encompasses direct sales responsibilities, the bulk of her focus lies in collaborating with broker partners globally to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of our members. This global perspective has afforded Megan the opportunity to understand and appreciate the regional differences across LATAM, Africa, Europe, and beyond.
