Caryn joined William Russell on 1st April 2008, initially starting in the Protection Team, managing the full lifecycle of policies—from new business and renewals to handling claims for serious illness or death, both for individuals and groups. In 2018, Caryn transitioned to Policy Services and Sales Support Team Manager, where she expanded her expertise to include health products, before progressing to her current role in December 2024.

She values the collaborative spirit at William Russell, emphasizing the supportive culture where colleagues readily assist each other and maintain a strong commitment to member satisfaction.

Before entering the insurance industry, Caryn’s career spanned diverse roles in HR, finance, and logistics across the airfreight, ambient food, and telecommunications industries. This varied background equipped her with a broad skill set, preparing her to handle a wide range of challenges.
