We’re pleased to announce our partnership with TruDoc, which will bring complementary telemedicine services to all our members resident in the UAE with an international health insurance plan.

The TruDoc service includes virtual access to doctors and other medical professionals through the TruDoc smartphone app, with online prescriptions and referrals to specialists.

It’s completely free of charge. TruDoc is available to all members, regardless of whether they’re on an individual, family or company plan.

1/ Virtual doctor consultations

Downloading the TruDoc app gives our members unlimited virtual access to doctors over video call, voice call or live chat.

2/ Multi-lingual support

Doctors available over the app speak up to four languages:

• English
• Arabic
• Urdu
• Hindi

3/ Simplified prescriptions

Doctors can prescribe medication (including refills) over the app. The app also arranges delivery to the member’s home or work address.

Members can also arrange lab tests and blood sample collections over the app.

4/ On-demand access to dietitians & psychologists

Members aren’t limited to virtual consultations with doctors. Members can also book consultations with a dietitian or psychologist over the app.

5/ In-app referrals to specialists

If a doctor concludes that a member needs a consultation with a specialist, the doctor can arrange this through the app.
