We’ll send you a renewal invitation in advance of your renewal date, which confirms your renewal premium. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we’ll renew your policy on your renewal date and collect your renewal premium from the credit card or debit card that we have on file. Please note that your renewal premium may be higher.
If we cannot collect your premium, we’ll contact you. If your premium remains unpaid, your insurance cover will cease from the due date of the unpaid premium. We won’t be liable for your lapse in insurance cover.
You can also opt out of automatic renewals. Please just let us know!
Normally, we only provide insurance to expats (i.e., people living and working outside of their country of nationality). But there are a few exceptions.

There are some countries where we can’t provide health insurance. The rules are a bit different for new members and existing members.
You can keep your health insurance policy for as long as you want. There’s no age limit once you become a member. What’s more, you can keep your policy regardless of how many claims you make or the state of your health.
